Chiropractic Sports Medicine for Injury Treatment

Sports Injury Recovery And Prevention

There is a certain amount of general muscle soreness, stiffness and fatigue that comes with participating in many different sports. When that stiffness and tightness turns from soreness to pain, it is time to seek treatment so that you can continue to participate and compete. Over the counter medications may temporarily reduce the inflammation and pain but will mask your symptoms and can even make you vulnerable to further injury. Non-invasive treatment options like chiropractic adjustments, and acupuncture can be incredibly effective tools for improving your overall range of motion and reducing pain and stiffness. St. Paul Chiropractic & Natural Medicine Center specializes in non-invasive sports medicine injury treatment so that you can get back to the sport you love and prevent future injuries. The most common sports injuries that respond well to chiropractic treatment include:

  • Shoulder injuries including rotator cuff injuries
  • Hamstring strains
  • Lower back pain and injury
  • Neck pain and injuries
  • Other muscle strain or soft tissue injuries
