St Paul Neck Pain Doctor

Neck Pain Chiropractor in St. Paul

Our commitment at St. Paul Natural Chiropractic and Natural Medicine Center is to not only help relieve you of the skeletal pain you feel, but to get to the source of that pain, to heal the problem and limit the likelihood that it will return. When we think of the kind of pain that’s most often treated by practitioners of chiropractic and natural medicine, it is lower back pain that probably comes to mind. But we know also that pain in the lower back can relate to pain in other areas of the body, and other areas of the body can manifest as pain in the lower back. Neck pain is an excellent example of a fairly common ailment that we treat at St. Paul Natural Health. And because the neck and lower back are part of the spinal system, we treat both and can help you when you experience either or both.

Neck Pain Relief in St. Paul, MN

Neck pain and the more classic lower back pain can have similar causes. Everything from sleep posture, overuse and an injury from a car accident can lead to pain in your neck. Additionally, activities like weekend sports and furniture moving can create stress on the muscles that support your spine, and there’s no guarantee that the pain you will end up with will go only to your lower back. If you engage in physical activity as a means of exercise, or for your life’s work, you can end up with neck pain. Unfamiliar activity or the work you do every day can take its toll on muscles and ligaments, which can result in inflammation, strain, and pain.

If you have been in a car accident and sustained an injury to your neck, chances are good that you’ll have a good idea about the cause of your neck pain. But if your neck pain is due to poor posture while walking, sitting, or working, or sleeping “wrong,” the cause may not be so obvious.

Chiropractic Care and Massage for Neck Pain

You may not be able to identify the cause of your neck pain, but you can count on our team at St. Paul Natural Health to find the cause and help you find relief. We specialize in using non-invasive treatments to reduce your pain and get you back on the road to well-being and physical comfort. We do not employ surgical methods in our practice. Instead, we use non-invasive techniques such as massage and chiropractic adjustment to align you properly and help you find relief. These processes reduce the tension in your muscles and thereby reduce pain. Our goal is to help you return to normal as quickly as possible, and our therapeutic methods have proven helpful to many people in St. Paul and from many other communities in Minnesota who have visited us.

We hope you will come to see us if you are feeling neck pain. To schedule an appointment with us, give us a call at 651.644.7207.
